Mettez la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 ramollir dans un bol d\u2019eau froide. Faites bouillir 15 cl d\u2019eau avec la tablette de bouillon \u00e9miett\u00e9e. Hors du feu ajouter la g\u00e9latine que vous avez bien essor\u00e9e dans le bouillon et remuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dissoute.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pelez<\/strong> les concombres ,en r\u00e9server un pour la d\u00e9co. Coupez les deux autres en deux et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les. D\u00e9taillez la chaire en tous petits cubes. Ajoutez le reste du jus de citron et le bouillon \u00e0 la g\u00e9latine. Salez, poivrez. M\u00e9langez en ajoutant la moiti\u00e9 des feuilles de menthe hach\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong>\u00a0la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 cake tapiss\u00e9 d\u2019un film alimentaire, et mettez au frais pour au moins 6h. D\u00e9moulez et tranchez la terrine.
